NICE/BTS/SIGN joint Asthma Guideline update: Public consultation on scope and committee members recruitment

The Guideline has been commissioned from the National Guideline Centre. The process being followed by the three partner organisations and the National Guideline Centre has been agreed and the co-chairs and topic advisers for the new guideline have been recruited.

A consultation on the draft scope, and the recruitment for members of the guideline committee are now open. Please note that the closing date for both is 30 September.

Following finalisation of the scope and appointment of the Guideline Group members, work on the development of the guideline will begin. A more detailed timetable for the work will be published in due course.
