BTS/ A+LUK/ BALR Lecture awards

We are delighted to again be partnering with Asthma & Lung UK (A+LUK) and the British Association for Lung Research (BALR) in order to recognise the achievements of established respiratory researchers. 

These awards will be given at this year’s Winter Meeting where winners will have the prestigious opportunity to present a lecture in a standalone symposium on Thursday 27 November. 

The Awards 

The BTS/A+LUK Award is open to anyone conducting respiratory research in the UK (including all professions, clinical and non-clinical), with the expectation that the applicant should be a BTS member. It is anticipated that the winning applicant will be working within clinical and/or translational respiratory research. 

The BTS/BALR Award is open to all professions and is focused on translational/discovery science and the expectation that the winning applicant will be a member of BTS or BALR at the time of taking up the award.
