Improving Asthma Management 2024

The course aims to equip attendees with information and updates on the management of asthma, adherence management, OCS stewardship, management of acute exacerbations and highlight the benefits of multi-disciplinary care for patients with asthma. Learning objectives:

  • To understand how the immunology of the asthma airways links to symptoms, presentations and management of asthma
  • To gain an understanding of difficult-to-treat and severe asthma including comorbidly management, adherence optimisation and use of biologics
  • To understand the risks of overusing some asthma treatments and how to reduce this risk
  • To gain insight into setting up services and different models of care

The course will appeal to a wide audience involved in managing people with asthma to include respiratory allied health professionals, respiratory nurses, respiratory trainees and consultants.

The course will be delivered entirely online to support as wide an attendance as possible and will be interactive and informal.

Payment options

We accept payment by credit/debit card or invoice. If your employer is paying on your behalf, you can book online and choose the ‘Pay by invoice’ payment option.

To issue an invoice, which we only do to Finance Departments, not individuals, we will require a Purchase Order Form sent to us at least two weeks prior to the event. If this is not received, we will have to cancel your place.
